Shipping and Handling
Most of the items are shipped directly to you from our artists. Because the shipping costs vary from each item the shipping costs have either been calculated into the item or there is free shipping with that particular item.
Delivery Times
Most artwork is shipped directly from the artists and delivery times will depend on whether the artist has the item in stock or must produce the piece. Delivery times are clearly stated in the description of each piece.
Shipping Details
- All orders require at least one to two business days to process before shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
- Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class Delivery.
- Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All of the items on this website are handmade by the artist. Therefore each piece will be unique. There may be slight differences with the appearance, as no two handmade items can be exactly alike.
We want you to love the item you received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another item or refund the credit card used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt. Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) along with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service department. You will receive a gift return (GR) number within 24 hours of contacting us.
- You will be given the return address of the artist for your return. Please include your Gift Return Number on the return address.
- For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. La De Da is not responsible for items lost or damaged items in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the right product, La De Da will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
